Complaints Procedure

Misunderstandings, problems and mistakes can occur in any ‘life situation’. If you feel dissatisfied with a particular treatment or outcome then you should contact us by phone, letter or email.

At our City of London EC2 dental practice we treat all cases that involve patient dissatisfaction very seriously. Dr George Druttman, our principal dentist, will deal with the matter personally. We do our best to resolve all such incidents ‘in house’.
